Rhoddia Cynon awards £130m property mandate to ING Print E-mail

The £1.3bn Rhoddia Cynon Taf County Pension fund awards its first property mandate, worth 10% of scheme assets, to ING Real Estate, according to MandateWire/MandateWatch.
The £395m MultiServ Group Ltd Harsco Pension Scheme has awarded a £50m bonds mandate to Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and committed a £15m infrastructure allocation to Babcock and Brown, says MandateWire/ MandateWatch. The appointments followed the completion of an actuarial valuation earlier this year.

The £300m AGCO Massey Ferguson Works Pension Scheme will replace an international equities manager with Intech and Southeastern Asset Management, according to MandateWire/ MandateWatch. Overseas stocks make up 20% of the fund's investments. Rhondda Cynon Taf County Council Pension Fund has awarded its first property mandate, worth 10% of scheme assets.
