We adhere to a number of strict professional standards in all our dealings with both our clients and potential providers. Our service is: Independent and focused We are an independent organisation, funded by private equity. We specialise in fund manager selection and do not provide any other form of investment service, such as manager of managers or fund manager advisory. This avoids any potential conflict of interest and ensures an exclusive focus on the selection process. Comprehensive and exhaustive We aim to include in the request for proposals for any given mandate as comprehensive a group of potentially suitable identified managers as possible and we subject every proposal to exhaustive analysis. We do not pre-screen managers, but prefer to enter each engagement with a completely open mind, approaching all potential providers, obtaining their most up-to-date data and evaluating every proposal against client-specific criteria. Transparent and client-centred We maintain transparency at every stage in the manager selection process. Client-articulated requirements are translated into tailored questionnaires. Each money-manager submission is tested for its data rigour and evaluated against the client's specific needs. The client is given a clear, concise, comprehensive and consistent written evaluation of each submission, ensuring an audit trail and rationale for all decisions made. |
