Les supervise l'activité canadienne de bfinance et travaille avec maintes de nos relations clients clés au Canada. Avant de rejoindre bfinance en 2017, Les a travaillé dans les services financiers pendant plus de 30 ans et dans la gestion d'actifs pendant plus de deux décennies. Il a occupé un certain nombre de rôles de haut niveau à la Banque Scotia (Managing director, responsable Cap Intro et du conseil en matière de Hedge Funds, responsable du Global Alternative Asset Group) et à Scotia Capital (Managing director). Il a commencé sa carrière à la Banque Royale du Canada et à RBC Capital Markets. Les est titulaire d'un MBA de l'Université York et d'un baccalauréat ès arts de l'Université de Toronto, Trinity College.
